Accurate Track™ installed on a 10” tablesaw. Crosscut sled is built of ¾” x 50” x 52” MDF. Guide bar is 3/8” x 3/4” x 50” UHMW and fits miter gauge slot precisely. Why Accurate Track?

I invented Accurate Track™ because I needed a way to trim and square up glued up furniture panels as well as 4 foot wide plywood. As you know plywood panels, even furniture grade plywood sheets are not always square. Glued up panels need to be trimmed and squared .

10” cabinet type tablesaws are great machines.

I use my saw for ripping and crosscutting hardwood lumber, tapering, rabbeting, dadoing, joinery, cutting panels, trimming glued up panels and more.

Their one short coming is that, these machines have no way of squaring up/trimming 48” wide panels.

Accurate Track™ solves this problem.

With Accurate Track™ and your shop built crosscut sled you can trim and crosscut panels or glued up assemblies up to 48” wide. After the trimming/crosscutting operations are through, remove your sled and your tablesaw is free for other operations.
